Placing An Order

Owen Electronics effects pedals and fx pedal accessories are only available direct by mail order.The fx pedals are manufactured in small batches and subject to the demand there may be a waiting list.If this is the case then reserve orders can be taken for effect pedals without payment and will be processed accordingly.Telephone orders can be taken from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 9am to 5.30pm the mobile phone number should be used at the weekend all phone numbers are listed on the Contact page.We aim for next day delivery on pedals except for orders placed on Friday and Saturday.Pedals are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt of the goods all other products are sent by first class postage.

Payment Details

For payment of goods we accept bank or building society cheques which should be made payable to Owen Electronics, U.K postal orders, bank transfers and all major debit/credit cards.For credit card transactions there will be a surcharge of 2.9% for business credit cards, 2.6% for American Express and 2.5% for all other credit cards.There will be no extra charges for payment by debit card.

We can contact you by phone to take your card details so include your own contact telephone number including international dialing code in any emails to ourselves.Alternatively you can forward your card details to us by an arranged fax or by email at your decretion.
