Placing An Order

Owen Electronics effects pedals and fx pedal accessories are only available direct by mail order.The fx pedals are manufactured in small batches and subject to the demand there may be a waiting list.If this is the case then reserve orders can be taken for effect pedals without payment and will be processed accordingly.Telephone orders can be taken from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 9am to 5.30pm the mobile phone number should be used at the weekend all phone numbers are listed on the contact page.I aim for next day delivery on pedals except for orders placed on Friday and Saturday.All effects pedals are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt of the goods all other products are sent by first class postage.

Payment Details

For payment of goods I accept bank or building society cheques which should be made payable to M W OWEN, U.K postal orders, bank transfers and all major debit/credit cards.For credit card transactions there will be a surcharge of 2.9% for business credit cards, 2.6% for American Express and 2.5% for all other credit cards.There will be no extra charges for payment by UK debit card, there is a 2.9% surcharge for payment by international debit card.

I now except payments by Paypal the surcharges are 3.4% +0.20 GBP for UK orders and 3.9% + 0.20 GBP for international orders.If you choose to pay by this method I will email you the Paypal invoice.Please note the goods can only be dispatched when the payment has been transfered into Owen Electronics business bank account.This can take up to 5 working day's from the payment being received into the Paypal account.
